Account Managers
Calder UK is currently looking for experienced Account Managers to join our successful Employer Engagement team.
We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who relish the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets. You must combine a thirst for sales with empathy for our customers to succeed in this role. Experience within the welfare to work sector is preferred but not essential.
We are recruiting for several locations across London and in this role you must be flexible and willing to travel between our branches.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver fully evidenced job placements as targeted by the Employer Development Manager
- Ensure effective information and communications with employers regarding all matters of service delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and effective working relationships with employers are developed and maintained.
- In liaison with the Team Leader and working as part of a team, develop and implement a clear plan and approach to maximise employer take up of Calder UK Services.
- Attend networking and business meetings as and when required.
- To deal with employers and ensure that as a representative of the company our response is prompt and professional at all times.
- Offer options / suggestions of alternative ways of doing things and explore alternative problem solving strategies towards enabling and assisting candidates.
- To update candidates regarding the progress of their application(s) and development possibilities

Business Developer/Bid Writer
Calder UK is currently looking for an experienced professional to identify and develop areas of new business in the Welfare to Work sector. The role will also include responsibility for winning bids for our sister organisation, Talent Recruitment.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate the following attributes and experience to a very high level:
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Welfare to Work sector
- Experience in identifying suitable business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of the London area and networking contacts
- Execute and manage the bid writing process
- Experience of previous bid writing activity
- Strong operational understanding of the Welfare to Work sector
- Successful track record in winning bids
